general questions

  • Users will all start a trial in order to see if the O.T. Wizard meets your needs. There may be limits on number of services and students created while in trial mode. Once the trial is over, users must pay for a subscription in order to continue with access of features. The data from trials that are not converted to paid subscriptions within 60 days will be deleted.

  • Once a subscription is paid for, the user will receive log in instructions from hello@otwizard.com. If you didn’t receive that email please check your spam folder. You’ll initially be prompted to create a password and then you will be able to log in on the portal.

Tech specific questions

  • No, there is no software to download. The O.T. Wizard is internet based. Users log into the portal and have instant access. Users do need to keep up with browser updates.

  • Users will need a device with at least 10.2” diagonal screen. This ensures that the client can view the visuals properly. Users have had success with Macbooks, Chromebooks (touchscreen versions and non touchscreen versions), Thinkpads, ipads, and other Windows laptops. The O.T. Wizard cannot be administered from a mobile phone.

  • The portal for O.T. Wizard will help users to set up their device’s settings. Cookies will need to be enabled in all cases.

  • We’ve found that Google Chrome works very well, however, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox also can be used.

Subscription questions

  • No. in order to maintain your clients’ information as HIPAA protected, sharing subscriptions would be a violation of HIPAA and PHI. Furthermore, anyone that has access to your O.T. Wizard log in credentials has the ability to make changes (edit, delete, purchases) to your account.

  • O.T. Wizard is only offered as an annual (yearly) payment. We offer a free trial so you can dig in and see if the O.T. Wizard is for you.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your portal and managing your subscription. Subscriptions are good for one year, so if you cancel in that year, you will still have access to the O.T. Wizard until your subscription year is up.

  • Unless canceled prior to your subscription anniversary date, your subscription will be auto-renewed each year using the payment on file with the O.T. Wizard. If payment is declined or not available, then the user’s portal will be available for log in but no services can be viewed or created. If an account is left in unpaid status for more than 60 days, then the account and the data will be deleted.
